What data we process
The data you give us through the quote form, by phone, WhatsApp or email: name, phone, email, origin and destination addresses, moving date, type of customer and any notes.

How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become a job: up to one year. Customer data: for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law.

Who processes it
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our service providers process it under contract: web hosting (Hostinger), CRM (HighLevel / LeadConnector, United States) and, if you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. The WhatsApp button on this website is provided by ToChat and, if you accept marketing cookies, it looks up your IP address with an external service (api.ipify.org) when it loads.
