What is included

Every international move is quoted individually. Your quote will show which of these apply:

  • Home visit and fixed quote. Volume decides almost everything, so we measure it in person.
  • Professional packing with our materials: double-wall boxes, bubble wrap, mattress covers and furniture blankets.
  • Dismantling and reassembly of furniture.
  • Detailed, numbered inventory. Required by customs outside the EU, and your guarantee that everything arrives.
  • Road, sea or air transport, depending on destination, timing and budget.
  • Paperwork and customs when the destination requires them.
  • Goods insurance for the whole journey, with the cover in writing before departure.

Usual destinations

  • Portugal: the closest by road. EU country, no customs for your belongings.
  • France: direct road route from Madrid, free movement of goods.
  • Germany: a frequent destination for work relocations. Within the EU, no customs.
  • Belgium: common for work and study. No customs formalities.
  • The Netherlands: Amsterdam, Rotterdam and surroundings. No customs.
  • Andorra: very close, but outside the EU, so the move crosses a customs border and needs a valued inventory and formalities. We handle them.

Do I pay customs if I move within the EU?

No. Personal belongings move freely within the EU. Andorra is the nearby exception.

How long does it take?

By road to nearby European countries, a matter of days. By sea, weeks. We give you a realistic estimate for your destination at the visit.

What if something arrives damaged?

All international moves are insured and you get the cover in writing before departure. The numbered inventory made at origin is the reference for any claim.
